In order to obtain a long-time visa for working in Romania, the foreign citizen has to obtain an approval from the following institutions:
The Romanian Forigners Authorithy - the specialized public institution in the foreigners status in Romania, having a national competence, under Ministry of Interns and Administration.
The Romanian Labour Force Migration Office - the specialized public institution, with national competence, under Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family.
The European Union citizens status regarding the visa obtaining necesity process is different, in a simplified manner.
